Santa Pod Euro Finals. Neil Midgely - Top Fuel Bike.

We just got back from the European Finals at Santa Pod Raceway, Bedfordshire. This is again one of those races that will be in everybody's memory for a long, long time. And again we were blessed with a number of positive elements: almost perfect racing conditions, a great track, meeting the worlds best standards, a huge crowd to support the racing and a number of elements more.

We have seen a huge number of records and PB's. Neil Midgley returned to the 5 second Zone this weekend after a hard Journey to regain full competitiveness after his Big Spill in Tierp Sweden in 2023. Its been a hard slog to rebuild the bike and confidence, SPS are so pleased to have been part of the Journey ! 

We qualified in 2nd place and made it through to the Final against Sweden's Rickard Gustafsson's Flying Puma Powered Top Fueller. Rickard actually took the crown from our bike of being the second fastest Dragbike on the planet! In the Final Rickard continued his dominance winning with a 5.68 @ 250mph.
